trip to Kosovo

In May we visited our son and family where they live, in Kosovo. We only had a few weeks and there was so much to see and try and record in between being Oma (grandma) to my two grand daughters. Kosovo is a young country, having wrestled it’s independance from Serbia in the late nineties. As a developing European nation, it faces challenges but we found the people warm and welcoming and it’s complex history is very evident.
